Transport charges are billed directly to the customer.  Orders may be shipped either by own truck, according to a pre-established schedule, UPS, POST or a carrier of the customer’s choice.  All damage claims incurred during transport should be filed with the carrier.

No merchandise may be returned without our prior approval.  Re-stocking charge is applicable on returns.  We reserve the right to refuse a return since all sales are considered final.

For all products sold by SIAL, we assume no liabilities. Please refer to manufacturer’s warranties and instructions.

We do not register back-orders.  Please re-order.

SIAL can change, without notice, all quantity, dimension, weight, texture, size, code and price of any items shown in this catalog.

Our company shall remain owner of all goods delivered until the purchase charge has been fully paid.  No merchandise may be repossessed without written approval.  An interest can be charge for late payment. An administration charge will be applied on returned checks.

No refunds on reservation deposits.  All merchandise must be shipped to customer no later than 7 days after reception.
