UG021 - Leaf Green

Highly versatile underglazes with vivid and vibrant colors, offering consistent performance at each application. Can be applied on wet earthenware or cone 04 bisque for use in design or solid coverage. Can also be used on various clay bodies and at different firing temperatures (some colors up to cone 10 - do your own test). Serve equally well for the student making its first pinch pot and the clay artist creating works for a gallery.
ON THE LEFT:
Cone: 06 (Fired flat, in oxidation on white earthenware body. S-2101 was applied to the right side of the chip.)
Finish: Opaque, Mat
Dinnerware Safe: Yes (When covered with a dinnerware safe glaze)
BELOW:
Cone: 6 (Fired flat, in oxidation on white stoneware body. SW004-Zinc Free Clear was applied to the right side of the chip.)
Finish: color changes to a dark olive green. Recommended clear glaze is SW004-Zinc Free Clear.
ON THE LEFT:
