Kiln constructed of 3" firebrick that offers more insulation and ability to reach high temperature faster and easier. Fits well into any small studio and can even used by larger studios for testing and one-off work. The HF 1818 is at home in the personal porcelain/china and clay studios. For the porcelain artist its large size allows for larger and more pieces and works particulary well in teaching situations. The personal ceramic artist finds they can fire as they please without feeling the need to "fill the kiln".
