Double Pointed Stilts are ideal for increasing air flow during your firings, to ensure that all parts of the pot are evenly heated. Simply use these stilts to prop up greenware or bisqued pots inside the kiln. They can also be used to prop up leather hard pieces to ensure even drying of the bottoms of the pots before firings, so they are a great addition on a few fronts. These stilts differ from the A-H Series in that they do not have metal points supporting the work; here, the entire stilt is made out of a high-temperature ceramic material. Because of this, double pointed stilts should only be used on glaze-free surfaces. Rated to cone 10, these long-lasting stilts are designed to withstand repeated firings and rugged treatment, and are made from the highest-quality materials.
